Hi, I’m Rachel!

As a graphic designer focused on innovative design solutions, I lead with empathy, optimism and an open mind. I am a collaborative problem solver with a passion for social impact work.

Most recently, as a visual designer at Smart Design, I worked with clients including Gatorade, Google, Meta, PepsiCo, & PowerBlock to design and develop physical products and digital experiences.

In the fall of 2022, I interned at The White House in the Office of Digital Strategy, executing visual design and the principles of design thinking. I have also collaborated with 3M in their Health Care Business Group, the Anti-Defamation League, Women for Biden, Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP), and The Morris Project.

I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis where I studied Communication Design and Sociology. At WashU, I received the inaugural Catalyst Award, which recognized my ability to inspire others and promote change. In addition, I was awarded Honors in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and was an active member in the International Sociology Honor Society. As president of WashU’s AIGA chapter and as New Member Educator of Design for America, I found purpose in supporting emerging leaders in my community. During my time in St. Louis, I also volunteered with City Faces and WashU Votes.

Feel free to reach out and say hi!
