Rachel Zemser

Driven by a passion for understanding user needs and creating authentic experiences, I design end to end product experiences rooted in curiosity, user research, and human-centered problem solving.

Today, I’m a Product Designer at Sage, focused on senior living and building modern tools that help older adults age with dignity and support caregivers in delivering safe, high-quality care.  I focus on making complex care experiences feel simple and trustworthy.

Previously, I was a Visual Designer at Smart Design, partnering with teams at Gatorade, Google, Meta, PepsiCo, and PowerBlock across physical products and digital experiences. In 2022, I interned at The White House in the Office of Digital Strategy, applying design thinking to public-facing communication and digital initiatives. I’ve also collaborated with 3M (Health Care), the Anti-Defamation League, Women for Biden, the Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP), and The Morris Project.
